The discovery of a “glitch” in the evolutionary development of the human brain is highlighted in a new book to be released on February 20. The Evolutionary Glitch, by Italian scientist Albert Garoli, claims that destructive neural pathways in the brain are the root cause of all human problems including social conflicts, psychological instabilities, health problems, and poverty.
