‘Anna Karenina in 100 Sketches’ Cartoon Adaptation of Russian Classic Now Available in Paperback

Sun on Earth Books announces the publication of “Anna Karenina in 100 Sketches,” a cartoon adaptation of Leo Tolstoy’s Russian classic. Available at bookstores and from online booksellers.

The book is the first in a series of graphic adaptations of classic novels——using minimalist drawings in which rats represent the main characters.

Additional titles planned for the series include Herman Melville’s “Moby-Dick,” Charles Dickens’s “Oliver Twist,” and Joseph Conrad’s “Heart of Darkness.”

Eric van Aro – from Jazz to House
